Coaching Packages
Find a coaching package that's the right fit for you
At Compass Coaching Group, Principal Consultant Monique Roberts offers clients a tailored coaching program that usually runs over 6 to 12 sessions, evenly spaced over the same number of months.
Having worked with clients in a range of businesses and industries, and at all levels of leadership, I have found that this program is the best way to embed and sustain results.
Compass Coaching Group will help you rediscover and better understand what matters most, so that you're more focused on your strengths, values and what it takes to build sustainable performance and grow a successful team.
The biggest barriers to performance are often invisible, so coaching is designed to give you the clarity you need to make informed decisions, build stronger relationships and lead your team with greater confidence, courage and success.
Here to help you grow your leadership capability
-
Leadership coaching helps you see what you can't yet see, visualise your future and identify opportunities, unblock potential and create lasting change.
When leaders become clearer, everything around them improves; teams become stronger, company culture becomes healthier and business performance becomes more sustainable. Importantly, you personally will flourish with clearer boundaries and energy management.
-
I offer 1-on-1 leadership coaching (also known as executive coaching — the terms can be interchangeable) for leaders and management who are ready to lead with greater clarity and impact.
Having 30 years’ corporate experience, I understand the time constraints leaders are under, so we can schedule catch-ups at times that suit your availability and business needs, either via online platforms (like Google Meet or Zoom) or in person.
Through coaching, you can expect to stop constant fire fighting, helping you to avoid burnout. I will assist you so that you're better equipped to handle difficult conversations, and give you the knowledge you need to create a high performance team and business.
-
If you're a person moving to the next level of leadership, 1-on-1 coaching sessions provide you with a trusted sounding board that will help you to navigate your new role as quickly as possible and gain a fuller understanding of what it will actually require of you.
For anyone stepping into a leadership role for the first time, I provide 1-on-1 support that is more akin to mentoring, in that it involves imparting wisdom to help you make the step up as quick and worry-free as possible.
How coaching enhances leadership capability
Professionals at all levels benefit from working with an executive coach
Many of my clients have already started out on their management journey, so what they need from coaching sessions is objective support that enhances awareness, is in service of the client, and has measurable outcomes helping both the person and business to grow.
Like elite athletes, successful professionals and business leaders invest in coaching to sharpen their thinking, increase self awareness and fast track their capacity to perform at their best. Leadership coaching helps people in all types of industries and with a variety of business needs to progress into roles where they're required to navigate complexity, lead change and manage challenging relationships.
How leadership coaching sessions work
Coaching engagements usually run for 6 to 12 months, and are designed to enable clients to develop ways of thinking and leading that continue to serve them long after our time working together comes to an end.
As a highly experienced coach, I provide a supportive space in which leaders at all levels can explore and implement practical solutions to enhance performance. I will assist you to develop a wide range of skills, including calming the mind, effective delegation and conflict resolution, that deliver a range of benefits. Investing in coaching also has a knock-on effect on employee engagement and collaboration throughout the business.
However, if through our discovery call it becomes clear I am not the right person for your needs, I will gladly suggest other professionals within my network who can provide the sort of support you require.
Coaching helps leaders at all levels to prevent burnout
Leaders at all levels face the risk of burnout, both in themselves or their teams.
Coaching can specifically address the pains that leaders regularly face over the course of a working week. It enables executives to better manage the competing priorities of stakeholders, have difficult conversations and manage organisational culture.
Managers become better equipped to create high performing teams, manage friction, and become more able to hold challenging conversations when required. Coaching also supports managers to head up multi-generational teams and their sometimes vastly different expectations, as well as face the challenges of increasing workplace complexity, not least the growing need to incorporate AI.
For new leaders, who find that they are now no longer a ‘do-er’, coaching helps them to understand their new role and feel more confident at being able to manage a team. In particular, new leaders often find it challenging to understand the need to be firm and fair, kind not nice, and that their primary role is to create an environment where their team performs.
At all levels of a business, it’s essential that leaders are able to put their own oxygen mask on first, so that they remain well and able to make the best decisions for their teams. If you're struggling under a heavy workload and don't have enough time and space to undertake the important strategic and operational planning and responsibilities that are uniquely yours, coaching will provide the support you need so that you feel more confident and assured taking care of the workflow, activities and functions that your role requires.
How coaching works
-
We begin with a 15-minute conversation to explore what’s bringing you to coaching and what you’d most like to achieve. It’s an opportunity for you to get a feel for my approach and style, and for us to see whether we’re the right fit to work together.
Most importantly, it’s a chance to start creating clarity around where you are now and what you want to achieve from business coaching.
-
We establish how we’ll work together and build the foundation for a successful coaching relationship. You’ll also complete an assessment and we’ll explore how to leverage your strengths in coaching, work and life.
-
Based on what you would like to achieve, I will recommend a tailored approach designed to best support your goals, challenges and circumstances. This will usually involve a 6 - 12 hour package that allows time for reflection, growth and meaningful change between sessions.
There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to coaching services. We'll discuss and collaboratively decide on what structure, pace and duration of sessions makes sense for your leadership journey, so we can be confident your coaching is heading in the right direction.
Before coaching commences, I will provide an Agreement outlining our shared expectations, confidentiality and ways of working together.
-
We will then put in place a schedule for your coaching sessions, which will usually take place every 3 to 4 weeks. This provides time and space for reflection, integration and implementation, enabling you to make progress between sessions.
Clients have found that a tailored coaching program of at least 6 sessions works best to embed results.
Each session runs for up to 60 minutes and you determine the focus based on what matters to you most at the time. I will also maintain a focus on the longer-term coaching goal established in our earlier contracting session. Communication is essential and I always aim to create a supportive space designed around your priorities, facilitating growth, insight and accountability, while giving you the space to articulate the practical next steps you need to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and momentum.
-
During the closing session, we reflect on your coaching journey, celebrate your progress and achievements, and create a plan for sustainable growth beyond our coaching partnership.
