With more than 25+ years' experience, across various industries and sectors, ranging from Fortune 500 Air Products & Chemicals Inc, to AT&T in Shanghai, ABN AMRO Bank and Cable and Wireless in London, the Northern Territory Government, University of Adelaide and most recently ReturnToWorkSA in Adelaide, I bring together real-world corporate experience, behavioural science and a deeply human approach to leadership.

Business advisory services and consulting are closely related, but the key difference is that consultants are usually brought in to a business to solve a specific problem e.g., strategic planning ahead of an expansion or undertaking a process optimisation project, and once the issue has been addressed, the engagement ends. Business advisory is usually an ongoing relationship that includes regular check-ins and continued guidance as your business evolves and new challenges arise. At Compass Coaching Group, I tailor my services to your business needs.

The Compass Coaching Group approach to leadership coaching involves creating a partnership through honest conversations and asking the right questions to encourage self reflection. I will help assist you to sharpen your decision making, delegate and communicate with greater confidence, and navigate the pressure and challenges that are part and parcel of leading a team or business. In addition, with my behavioural science background I help you calm your mind and reconnect with your definition of success. Coaching relationships typically develop through regular sessions over a period of time between 6 to 12 months, so that you are able to build on your understanding and incrementally develop your leadership capacity.
